Frequently Asked Questions
A $125.00 standard service call fee covers trip travel throughout Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough counties and up to 45 minutes of initial diagnostics. After the initial 45 minutes, $150 an hour is charged in 15-minute increments ($37.50/15 min). Any necessary repairs or parts are quoted upfront before work begins. An additional call-out fee applies for after-hours or Sunday visits.

We also offer pre-purchase inspections for Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and toy haulers, evaluating onboard electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, appliances, generators and roof condition before you buy.
To help us diagnose your issue quickly, please have your RV's year, make, model, location in Pinellas, Pasco or Hillsborough counties, and a brief description or photos of the problem ready when you call or text.

Legacy Mobile RV Repair is operated by an RVTI-certified technician, ensuring expert, industry-standard service for your motorhome or trailer.
Yes, we ask that an adult (18 or older) be on-site at the beginning of the appointment to review the issue with the technician and at the end to review the completed repair.
The $125 service call and diagnostic fee is due at the end of the initial visit. If repairs are completed that day, the full balance is also due. If parts must be ordered or repairs require additional visits, the remaining balance is due when the work is completed. No additional service call fee is charged for return visits to complete the same repair. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
